Duties:

  • Represent clients at depositions, hearings, trials, appellate proceedings, and other legal proceedings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law, preferably in workers' compensation.
  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of California.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar of California.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research and writing.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
