A law firm located in Sacramento, CA, is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Attorney with a focus on defending clients in complex labor, employment, and education lawsuits. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of employment litigation experience and will be involved in all aspects of trial preparation, including preparing high-level executives for deposition, arguing dispositive motions, conducting mock trials, voir dire, and post-judgment motion practice.

Duties:

• Defend clients in complex labor, employment, and education lawsuits.
• Prepare high-level executives for deposition.
• Argue dispositive motions and conduct post-judgment motion practice.
• Conduct mock trials and participate in voir dire.
• Collaborate with legal team members on trial preparation and strategy.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 5 years of employment litigation experience.
• Strong trial advocacy skills.
• Exceptional analytical and research abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience with mock trials and voir dire preferred.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Active membership in the California State Bar.
