The candidate will be conducting initial client consultations. Will be managing cases from initial court filing through discovery. Appearances at hearings, settlement conferences, and trials. Trial preparation. Drafting of pleadings and motions. Negotiation. Knowledge and use of the California evidence code are required. Must be admitted to California State Bar.
