Key Responsibilities:

- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts for Synopsys' sales team
- Attend customer negotiation calls and represent the company's position on contract issues
- Analyze and interpret complex provisions in contracts and liaise with business group stakeholders
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, impeccable integrity, good judgment, and be flexible and pragmatic
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

- Five to seven years of legal experience in a software company
- Substantive transactional experience with complex contract and/or licensing agreements
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities

Salary Information:

- Base salary range across the .: $132,000 - $198,000
- Annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses may be available
