A law firm in Walnut Creek is currently seeking a qualified and experienced eDiscovery Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate should possess relevant industry affiliations and demonstrate excellent counseling, writing, and hands-on litigation skills. Labor and employment experience would be considered a plus. As an eDiscovery Associate Attorney, the candidate will be responsible for managing electronic discovery processes, ensuring legal compliance, and providing support in various legal matters. The role requires a strong understanding of eDiscovery procedures, litigation processes, and relevant industry standards.

Duties:

• Conducting legal research and analysis related to eDiscovery matters.
• Managing and overseeing electronic discovery processes and workflows.
• Collaborating with legal teams to develop strategies for eDiscovery in litigation cases.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including discovery requests and responses.
• Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in eDiscovery.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the State Bar.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in eDiscovery.
• Strong knowledge of eDiscovery tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with labor and employment law is a plus.
