The law firm is seeking a Mid-level Patent Agent to join their team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, substantial law firm or industry experience, and exceptional writing and communication skills. The candidate should hold a degree in electrical engineering or computer science and possess expertise in patent prosecution, with a focus on electrical engineering or software-related technologies. Duties:

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience.
  • Admission to the USPTO.

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Patent prosecution in electrical engineering or software-related technologies.
  • Experience in data science, AI, networking technologies (especially network security), machine learning/artificial intelligence, and hardware security.

 

Skills:

  • Strong academic achievement.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
