The attorney will be responsible for researching and drafting key pleadings and motions, making court appearances, managing discovery, and participating in various stages of litigation. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are required for this role.

Duties:

• Research and draft pleadings, motions, complaints, dispositive motions, and discovery motions.
• Prepare for and actively participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Communicate directly with clients, explaining legal options and potential outcomes or threats.
• Analyze discovery documents and respond to discovery requests.
• Manage cases, ensuring deadlines are met and cases progress efficiently.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and trial plans.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the California Bar.
• 2-6 years of litigation or bankruptcy experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California Bar.
