Seattle office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a patent attorney with 7-10 years of experience in IP and patent prosecution work. The candidate will have extensive interaction with in-house attorneys, investors, and firm attorneys. Will represent clients seeking to enforce patents, as well as those defending against claims of patent infringement. Must have a portable book of business. Experience working across areas such as mechanical, electrical, and food technology preferred. Must have a License to practice law in Washington, Oregon, New York States or Washington, . (or the ability to waive into practice in one of the areas).
