Job Title: Senior Trust Officer Salary: Competitive, based on experience and certifications Experience: Minimum of 5 years in trust administration and estate planning, preferred. Bank of America is seeking a Senior Trust Officer to join our team and help drive Responsible Growth through our commitment to diversity and inclusion. As a Senior Trust Officer, you will have the opportunity to maintain a book of fiduciary and investment management accounts, with a focus on business development and estate planning for high net worth clients. You will also have the support of our Private Bank teams and other specialists within Bank of America to best meet client needs. Responsibilities: - Manage a book of fiduciary and investment management accounts, with a focus on business development and estate planning for high net worth clients - Work with Market Trust Executive to educate clients, associates, and Centers of Influence on trust products - Proactively identify and harvest opportunities to deepen relationships within current client base - Meet with key clients periodically to maintain relationships and identify new business opportunities - Engage with other specialists within Bank of America's Private Bank to best meet client needs - Oversee risk management activities and identify at-risk clients to proactively resolve issues and retain clients Requirements: - and a minimum of 5 years of trust administration and estate planning experience, preferred - Fiduciary professional with CTFA, CFP, AEP, JD, or CPA (or 6 months away from obtaining certification), preferred Key Competencies: - Technical expertise in trust administration, fiduciary law, and estate and wealth transfer planning - Proactive approach to problem solving - Ability to provide solutions within Bank of America's risk/reward profile - Strong communication skills and ability to connect with high net worth clients - Knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Skills: - Business development - Client management - Risk management - Wealth planning - Customer and client focus - Client experience branding - Client solutions advisory - Decision making - Presentation skills - Process management - Attention to detail - Critical thinking - Financial analysis - Planning - Prospecting Bank of America offers a competitive salary based on experience and certifications, as well as competitive benefits to support the physical, emotional, and financial well-being of our teammates and their families.
