A well-established law firm in Los Angeles is actively seeking a dedicated Junior to Mid-level Traditional Labor Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate for this position should have 2-4 years of traditional labor law experience, including client counseling on labor relations and law, research and writing projects, grievance arbitration, collective bargaining, and union campaigns, and matters before state agencies and the National Labor Relations Board. Some employment litigation experience is strongly preferred, and candidates must have strong academic credentials in addition to being a member of the California State Bar.
Key responsibilities for this role include providing legal counsel on traditional labor law matters, collaborating with clients, conducting research and writing projects, and representing clients in grievance arbitration and collective bargaining. The successful candidate will have the chance to work on a variety of legal matters and gain valuable experience in the field of traditional labor law.
