A law firm in Irvine, CA, seeks a talented Corporate Attorney as a lateral candidate with a book of $1M+. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience. This is a significant opportunity for an ambitious attorney to contribute to the firm's success. Duties:

• Manage and oversee corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Draft and review various corporate documents, such as contracts, agreements, and governance documents.
• Provide legal advice and counsel on corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Conduct due diligence on corporate transactions.
• Negotiate and structure deals to meet the firm's strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with clients, other attorneys, and professionals.

Requirements:

• Lateral candidate with a proven book of business exceeding $1M.
• 2-6 years of experience as a Corporate Attorney.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of corporate law and transactions.
• Proven ability to generate and manage a significant book of business.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• A team of 3-5 attorneys will be considered.
• The firm would also consider acquiring a boutique ;

Experience:

• 2-6 years of experience as a Corporate Attorney.
