This is a significant opportunity for an ambitious attorney to contribute to the firm's success. Duties:

  • Manage and oversee corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

  • Conduct due diligence on corporate transactions.

Requirements:

  • Lateral candidate with a proven book of business exceeding $1M.
  • 2-6 years of experience as a Corporate Attorney.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of corporate law and transactions.
  • Proven ability to generate and manage a significant book of business.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • A team of 3-5 attorneys will be considered.
