with a company that puts their employees first. Hiscox is currently seeking a Senior Claims Examiner to join their growing team in multiple locations across the USA. This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $95,000.

As a Senior Claims Examiner, you will be responsible for adjudicating assigned claims within given authority and providing operational support to the claims team. This includes adjusting and resolving moderate to complex claims, accurately documenting claim files, drafting coverage letters, and identifying emerging exposures and claims trends. You will also work closely with defense counsel and participate in claims projects as needed.

Key success factors for this role include cultivating innovation, driving results, and having a take-charge attitude. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of claims handling experience and advanced knowledge of claims analysis and adjusting practices. A JD from an ABA accredited law school may be considered as a supplement to claims handling experience.
