A law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney in Denver, CO.

Job Overview: The Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling complex commercial litigation matters, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in various stages of litigation proceedings.

Duties:

• Conduct fact investigations and legal research
• Draft discovery requests and responses
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and other court documents
• Take and defend depositions
• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
• Communicate with opposing counsel and clients
• Appear in court for motions, pre-hearing proceedings, and trials
• Manage civil litigation cases from inception to resolution
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Colorado Bar
• Prior law firm experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding judgment and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects effectively

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
