The Trust Solutions team at PwC is seeking a Tax Manager with a focus on Global Information Reporting. This role will involve working with a variety of clients to help them navigate complex tax issues and comply with international tax reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience, be a CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Active Member of the Bar, and have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Management Information Systems & Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or Accounting. Key Responsibilities: - Provide guidance to clients on compliance with global tax information reporting rules - Conduct research and reach conclusions on complex tax issues - Utilize tax technical skills to review and analyze IRS tax forms and related documentary evidence - Lead staff in preparing and filing information returns, FBAR, and FATCA & CRS returns - Develop innovative technology solutions to increase efficiency in tax reporting - Train and manage local staff and contribute to team development - Understand and apply applicable US tax rules and requirements - Possess strong written, organizational, and verbal communication skills - Demonstrate analytical, problem solving, and project management abilities - Drive success as both an individual contributor and team member - Identify and address client needs by actively participating in discussions and meetings - Willingness to travel in a post-covid world Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in tax related roles - CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Active Member of the Bar certification - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Management Information Systems & Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or Accounting - Familiarity with Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) requirements - Strong understanding of US tax rules and regulations, including IRS publications and tax form instructions - Ability to lead and manage staff, while also contributing to team development - Excellent written, organizational, and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to travel in a post-covid world PwC offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment, with a focus on developing and promoting its employees.
