Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery and information governance within a law firm, consulting advisory firm, or corporate management function.
  • Extensive knowledge of legal principles related to eDiscovery, information governance, and data privacy.

 

Education:

Juris Doctorate (.) from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in at least one of the following jurisdictions: California, Illinois, Minnesota, Virginia, Washington .
