A law firm based in Laconia is seeking a Business Attorney with strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience in commercial and/or residential real estate is a plus.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients on business-related matters.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Advise clients on business formation, mergers, acquisitions, and dissolution.
  • Handle negotiations and settlements on behalf of clients.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various business issues.
