The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in handling bankruptcy litigation, commercial litigation (including mortgage foreclosure litigation), and other creditors' rights matters. Duties:

  • Manage bankruptcy litigation cases representing creditors and debtors in court proceedings.
  • Handle commercial litigation matters, including mortgage foreclosure litigation and creditors' rights issues.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediation sessions, and settlement negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on case developments and advising on legal strategies.

Requirements:
