A law firm in Seattle is seeking a Junior to Mid-level Labor and Employment Associate Attorney with 3+ years of employment litigation and/or employment law counseling experience. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree and must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in Washington. An outstanding academic record, preferably in the top 25% of the law school class, is preferred.

 

Duties:

  • Handle employment litigation matters.
  • Provide employment law counseling to clients.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Assist with class action cases, if applicable.
  • Participate in client meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
  • Collaborate with partners, associates, and legal staff on case matters.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Washington.
  • 3+ years of employment litigation and/or employment law counseling experience.
  • Class action experience is a plus.
  • Outstanding academic record preferred (Top 25% of law school class).
