A law firm in Seattle is seeking a highly motivated Junior Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 0-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate should currently be clerking for a federal court judge (any level) or a state Supreme Court justice. The position requires outstanding written and oral communication skills, excellent academic credentials, and an immediate transferable skill set. Duties:

• Assist in the preparation and handling of commercial litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on case-related issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and negotiations as required.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Currently clerking for a federal court judge (any level) or a state Supreme Court justice.
• 0-3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Immediately transferable skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar in Washington or eligibility for admission.
