Duties:

  • Represent clients in employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents related to employment litigation cases.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on employment law issues.
  • Prepare for and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.
  • Assist with discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery requests, conducting depositions, and gathering evidence.
  • Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel throughout the litigation process.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on employment-related matters.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 3-5 years of experience in employment litigation.
  • Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent legal research and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
