Position Summary:
As a Senior Manager in the Tax Transformation Office at Deloitte Tax LLP, you will play a crucial role in transforming client service delivery through people, process, and technology. You will work closely with Tax professionals, technologists, and key stakeholders to drive improvements and deliver efficient, high-value, and quality service to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Understand Tax business strategy and transformation aspirations
- Establish strong business relationships with stakeholders to drive delivery of business outcomes
- Coach and develop the Tax Transformation team to deepen delivery capabilities
- Strategically manage multiple projects that span Tax Years
- Define and manage detailed workplans, resource estimates, budget, forecast, and actuals
- Identify and deliver key results with clear status tracking
- Identify dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and change requests and work with stakeholders to identify appropriate remediation plans
- Engage with Tax professionals to assess client service delivery pain points, identify opportunities, and deliver process improvements
- Conduct business process analysis and apply agile and design thinking techniques
- Decompose business requirements into functional requirements
- Collaborate throughout the technology development lifecycle
- Oversee user testing
- Review and contribute to learning strategy and materials
- Assess business readiness
- Analyze user feedback and develop related action plans
- Lead deployment
- Decommission legacy systems
- Provide executive reporting
- Integrate program and project resources, including communication and change management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or information technology-related field
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to travel up to 25%, on average
- One of the following active accreditations obtained:
- Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office
- Licensed Attorney
- Enrolled Agent
- Technology Certifications (such as Certified SAFe®, Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Large-scale transformation experience
- Strong Program and Project Management skills
- Strong Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint experience
- Working knowledge of data analysis, management, and metrics
- End-to-end technology project delivery
- Experience working within a professional service environment

Salary Range:
The wage range for this role takes into account various factors, including skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for geographic differential. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $125,510 to $285,749.
