Supervising Attorney - Southern California:
- Full-time, remote position with a leading insurance company
- Responsible for managing a team of attorneys in Southern California

Job Summary:
- Responsible for representing clients in assigned cases with competence, ethics, and diligence
- Assigns cases to attorneys based on their skill and expertise levels
- Trains attorneys to improve their expertise
- Performs managerial and administrative tasks as assigned
- Reports any issues to the Managing Attorney
- Consults with the Claims Department on insurance policy and personal injury claim questions
- Supervises cases of greatest complexity and/or exposure, including preparing legal documents and attending hearings and trials
- Functionally supervises other attorneys as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Law school degree and member of the State Bar in California
- Minimum two years of experience as a Senior Trial Attorney or equivalent outside experience
- Management experience or aptitude preferred
