Job Summary:

- The Department of Social Services is seeking Attorneys to join the Division of Legal Services in the 28th, 29th, 30th, and 40th Circuits.
- These positions will be based in the Springfield Litigation office.
- The main focus of the role is to provide legal counsel and support to the Department of Social Services.
- The role will involve working closely with juvenile court partners, local law enforcement, service providers, and family support teams.
- This is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about public service and making a positive impact on the lives of Missouri children and families.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.
- Member of The Missouri Bar.
- Experience in litigation and a background in juvenile, family, and administrative law preferred but not required.
- Excellent research and writing skills required.

Salary and Benefits:

- Starting salary range of $72, - $87, per year, commensurate with experience.
