Duties:
- Provide legal counsel on general corporate matters, including entity structuring, contract review, and corporate governance.
- Advise clients on the legal implications of business decisions and strategies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements.
- Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and effective legal support.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a law firm or in-house setting.
- Strong general corporate background with expertise in LLCs, corporations, partnerships, and commercial contracts.
- Excellent academic credentials and a commitment to community engagement.

Education:
