Qualifications: - 5-7+ years of transactional experience as an attorney either in-house, at a law firm, or a combination of both. - Possess a Juris Doctorate from a . accredited law school. - Licensed to practice law in the State of California or qualify to register as California in-house counsel. - Direct experience in or exposure to AVOD/SVOD/TVOD licensing deals. - Able to handle multiple matters simultaneously and prioritize effectively. - Solid background and experience with negotiating, drafting, and advising on a variety of agreements. - Self-motivated, extremely well organized with exceptional attention to detail, genuine curiosity, and a can-do positive attitude to contribute to the success of the team. - Ability to work well in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment, as well as in a small team environment, and become a productive and positive member of the legal department. Salary Information: - For California-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $164,. The maximum salary for this position $212,. - For New York-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $170,. The maximum salary for this position $222,. - For Colorado-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $156,.
