Job Overview:

The Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Supervising Attorney will lead a team of attorneys and case managers in fighting for the largest settlements achievable in wrongful death, traumatic brain injury (TBI), catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic cases. They will manage a significant caseload, provide client service, collaborate with various departments, and analyze fact patterns.

 

Duties:

  • Lead a team of attorneys and case managers.
  • Manage a significant caseload.
  • Provide informative and compassionate client service.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments, including Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens.
  • Communicate daily with clients regarding legal strategy and treatment plans.
  • Analyze fact patterns to establish liability.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to team members.
  • Settle cases in the pre-litigation stage.

 

Requirements:

  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • 2+ years of experience in Personal Injury law.

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.

 

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to supervise and provide guidance.
  • Experience settling cases in the pre-litigation stage.
  • Spanish fluency is a plus.
