A law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Associate Attorney for their Los Angeles, CA office with the following qualifications:

Job Overview:

• The Mid-Level Associate Attorney will play a vital role within deal teams, overseeing essential elements of transactions from due diligence to closure.

Duties:

• Manage fundamental aspects of complex finance transactions.
• Participate actively in sponsor-backed leveraged finance deals.
• Represent borrowers, lenders, and/or agents in diverse finance transactions.

Requirements:

• 4 to 7 years of experience in complex finance transactions.
• Proficiency in sponsor-backed leveraged finance.
• Extensive experience representing borrowers, lenders, and/or agents.
• Must be licensed and in good standing in CA.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in California.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of finance law and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
