Duties:

• Conduct factual investigations and discovery processes.
• Prepare pleadings and other legal documents.
• Take depositions and argue motions effectively.
• Participate in mediation proceedings and communicate with clients.
• Handle all phases of complex commercial litigation cases.
• Possess second-chair experience at trial or arbitration (preferred).

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation (preferred).
• Excellent academic record with a focus on law.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to articulate legal strategies.
• Superior judgment and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in both state and federal court proceedings.
• Familiarity with administrative matters and arbitrations (beneficial).
• Judicial clerkship experience with a federal court (preferred but not required).
• California Bar license or commitment to obtaining one.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• California Bar license or commitment to obtaining one.
