Duties:

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs related to real estate litigation matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex real estate legal issues.
  • Manage traditional and electronic discovery processes.
  • Assist with and/or take and defend depositions.
  • Represent clients before state and federal courts in real estate litigation proceedings.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior associates on trial preparation and strategy.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on real estate disputes.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 3-6 years of litigation experience, with a focus on real estate matters.
  • Admission to the State Bar of California.
  • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Experience with large law firm litigation practices.
  • Trial experience and Federal clerkship experience are preferred.
  • Good standing with the California Bar.
