Summary: Resilience, a next-generation cyber risk company, is seeking a highly-motivated Claims Counsel to join their global Claims and Incident Management team. This Hybrid position is located in either Los Angeles or New York City. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a cyber insurance or data privacy lawyer, with a demonstrated ability to handle increasingly complex cases. They should also have experience developing an Incident Response plan and handling third-party claims, especially in Technology Errors & Omissions. A is required. The salary for this position ranges from $190,000 to $225,000 a year, with equity options available.
