• Proven track record of successful bankruptcy case management and litigation representation.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a legal team.
• High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in Delaware is required.
• Admission to the Bar in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania is a valuable asset.
