  • Conduct legal research, analysis, and due diligence to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate transaction risks.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other transactional documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to facilitate smooth and efficient transaction processes.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting healthcare transactions and private equity investments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions, preferably with a focus on private equity funds and healthcare providers.
  • Previous experience or a keen interest in behavioral health transactions is a significant advantage.
  • High level of academic achievement, demonstrated by a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the state of Missouri.
