The ideal candidate will have top academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school, excellent writing skills, and a desire to work on challenging and complex securities class action cases.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to securities law and class action litigation.
  • Assist in all phases of litigation, including case investigation, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
  • Attend hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings as required.
  • Manage case files, deadlines, and client communications.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case strategy and execution.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of California.
  • 2-12 years of experience in class action litigation or complex civil litigation.
  • Knowledge of securities law and class action litigation.
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of California.
