The ideal candidate will have a strong antitrust and class action defense litigation background with 3-5 years of relevant experience. This role requires significant experience with Federal Court litigation, along with exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.

Key Duties:

  • Represent clients in antitrust and class action defense litigation.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
  • Manage discovery processes, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and depositions.
  • Develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients.
  • Participate in court hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Handle a diverse caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience with Federal Court litigation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • An excellent academic background is essential.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the California Bar is required.
  • Admission to additional relevant Bars is a plus.
