Reporting to the managing Member, the candidate will be responsible for various aspects of litigation, including discovery planning, motions drafting, depositions, court appearances, and trials.

 

Duties:

  • Manage litigated matters and prepare legal opinions.
  • Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide legal counsel.
  • Analyze cases and develop case strategies.
  • Plan and execute discovery processes.
  • Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct depositions and court appearances.
  • Represent clients in trials and other legal proceedings.
  • Collaborate with paralegals and other legal professionals.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Colorado.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in litigation preferred.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of Colorado.
