Job Details:

• Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience.

• Responsibilities:

  • Advise on privacy and security obligations.
  • Address state, federal, and international data security incident notification obligations.
  • Defend regulatory investigations related to privacy and security.
  • Manage matters related to complying with contractual and legal obligations related to security.

• Desired Experiences:

  • Previous experience in advising on privacy and security obligations.
  • Familiarity with state, federal, and international data security incident notification obligations.
  • Demonstrated ability to defend regulatory investigations related to privacy and security.

• Ideal Candidate:

  • Law firm or in-house privacy and cybersecurity breach response experience.
  • Litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in privacy and cybersecurity breach response work.
