Sherman Oaks office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an attorney with 1-3 years of experience with mass tort, toxic tort, and/or personal injury in California courts. The candidate will be able to handle cases independently from intake to trial. Will be preparing and completing pleadings, written discovery, depositions, and motions. Ability to handle sensitive subject matter. Attend court appearances. Should preferably have experience taking and defending depositions, preparing pleadings and motions, attending court appearances, and will possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and organization skills and a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team. Must be admitted to California. Must have current admission in California. Experience with pleadings, written discovery, depositions, law, and motion, and experts are required. Experience in dealing with sensitive subject matter is needed.
