Job Summary:

The . Private Bank at . Morgan is seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Director or Vice President for the role of Private Banker. This individual will be responsible for advising clients on building, preserving, and managing their wealth, while also acquiring new assets and generating business results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private banking or financial services, with a focus on investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking. Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain relationships with clients by providing targeted advice and delivering an exceptional client experience
- Generate business results and acquire new assets through both existing client base and new client acquisition
- Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs
- Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients when needed
- Connect clients with all lines of business at . Morgan Chase & Co.
- Ensure that proposed solutions fulfill clients' needs and objectives through a holistic goals-based planning approach
- Strictly adhere to risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

- 6+ years of experience in private banking or financial services
- Bachelor's degree required
- Series 7, 66, and insurance licenses required for position; unlicensed candidates considered but must obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
- Proven sales success and strong business acumen
- Strong community presence with an established network
- Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts
- Focus on client experience and dedication to working tirelessly on the client's behalf

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

- MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred
- Proactive and takes initiative to solve problems
- Dynamic and credible professional with exceptional presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and disciplined approach to business
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of equity and fixed income markets, as well as alternative investments such as hedge funds, private equity, and real estate
