Burlington office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience. The candidate will join the firm's business practice. Will work closely with several partners in the firm's business and tax groups in counseling clients on a variety of corporate matters, including debt and equity financings, startup/formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and tax-exempt transactions. Have significant responsibility for negotiating and drafting contracts, structuring corporate transactions, and interacting with clients. Should have 2+ years of experience in commercial business/tax transactions. Non-legal experience in business, tax, or intellectual property work and demonstrated client relations skills are a plus. Should have a strong academic background, excellent research and writing skills.
