Requirements:

  • Substantive experience with cyber incident response.
  • Counseling clients on federal, state, and international data privacy and security laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with legal issues related to the Internet, open-source software, data privacy, and security.
  • Prior large law firm experience is strongly preferred.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or privacy are a plus.

 

Skills:
