Job Overview:

The Blockchain Crypto Associate Attorney will provide legal support and counsel in private offerings, venture capital, tech company corporate transactions, and blockchain/crypto technology. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of corporate law, with a focus on emerging blockchain and cryptocurrency industries.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and support on private offerings, venture capital, and corporate transactions involving blockchain/crypto technology.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings.
• Conduct legal research on blockchain/crypto regulations, trends, and best practices.
• Assist in due diligence processes related to blockchain/crypto transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a law firm, focusing on private offerings, venture capital, and tech company corporate transactions.
• Membership to the State Bar of CA.
• Strong understanding of blockchain/crypto technology and its legal implications.
• Excellent academic credentials with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
