A law firm in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Attorney with a clear commitment to commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, diligence, and a desire for continuous learning and growth. The candidate will advise clients on various commercial real estate matters, draft and negotiate contracts, manage transaction closings, and build lasting client relationships.

Duties:

• Advise clients on a diverse range of commercial real estate transactions, including multi-family, office, and commercial retail properties.
• Draft, negotiate, and review commercial real estate contracts, leases, closing documents, and financing documentation.
• Manage transaction closings and perform legal due diligence to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with clients, providing attentive and responsive legal services.
• Conduct legal research to support transactional work and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate successful transactions and resolve legal issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Georgia Bar and active license in good standing.
• 2+ years of experience in complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Commitment to a career in commercial real estate law with a demonstrated passion for the field.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
