The ideal candidate should possess strong writing and people skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The Attorney will be responsible for handling cases from inception to trial, collaborating with various experts, and potentially specializing in family law. This role requires a proactive approach to developing business relationships, and the candidate should be comfortable billing a minimum of 135 hours per month.

Duties:

• Handle cases from initiation to trial, ensuring thorough and effective representation.
• Collaborate with a diverse range of experts, particularly on financial experts.
• Develop and maintain relationships to contribute to the firm's business growth.
• Demonstrate strong writing skills for legal documentation and communication.
• Utilize polished and articulate communication in all interactions, including courtroom appearances.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing as an attorney.
• At least 3 years of courtroom experience.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Background in accounting and/or civil law and motion is a plus.
• Familiarity with family law is an additional advantage.
• Comfortable billing a minimum of 135 hours per month.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar.
