The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, admission to any State Bar (California or Arizona preferred), and 2-5 years of experience in family-based immigration law.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in matters related to family-based immigration.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and proceedings.
• Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.
• Represent clients in immigration hearings and interviews.
• Collaborate with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure effective case management.
• Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and policies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to any State Bar; California or Arizona admission preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in family-based immigration law.

Education:

Certifications:
