Duties:

  • Manage a full caseload of trust and estate litigation matters.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Assist with discovery processes, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
  • Participate in depositions and court hearings.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial preparation and second-chair trial work.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.
  • 2-4 years of experience in trust and estate litigation.
  • Strong understanding of trust and estate law and procedures.
  • Experience with law & motion practice, discovery, and trial work.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.

Skills:
