Responsibilities:
- Handle cases and represent clients in court
- Conduct research, draft legal documents, and provide legal advice to clients
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as needed
- Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategy and prepare for trial
- Communicate with clients and provide regular updates on case progress

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
- Mid-level associate with litigation experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of work and meet deadlines
