## Overview The Commercial, Fair Business & Child Support Section of the Department of Law in Alaska is looking to fill a vacant position for an occupational licensing attorney. This position will allow the successful applicant to use and enhance their legal skills while serving civil division’s core mission - protecting the health and welfare of Alaskans. The section represents and advises state agencies such as the Child Support Services Division, the Division of Insurance, the Division of Corporations, Business and Professional Licensing, Permanent Fund Dividend Division, the Regulatory Commission of Alaska, Alaska Housing and Finance Corporation, and other agency clients. The successful applicant will be based in one of the following locations: Anchorage, Fairbanks, Palmer, Kenai or Juneau. ## Qualifications , is preferred.
