Duties:

  • Conduct legal research, analyze cases, and provide legal opinions and guidance to clients.

Requirements:

  • 2-7 years of legal experience, including relevant courtroom exposure.
  • Strong research and legal writing skills.
  • Enthusiasm for courtroom work and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to ethical and professional conduct.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the North Carolina State Bar Association (preferred).
