A law firm located in Sherman Oaks, CA, is seeking a Family Law Attorney with 3-7 years of experience, excellent writing skills, and admission to the California Bar. Duties:

• Represent clients in various family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and domestic violence cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding their rights and obligations.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience practicing family law.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Familiarity with California family law statutes and procedures.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
