Overview:
• Full-time position within PwC's Internal Firm Services (IFS) Finance team
• Responsible for financial planning, reporting, and analysis for PwC's internal function
• Provide tax compliance and planning guidance to PwC's partners and principals across the US
• Work with a global network of professional services firms
• Utilize firm-issued technologies and leverage technical skills to review tax returns and identify client issues
• Manage and support a virtual team while maintaining a work/life balance
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships at the executive level
• Coach and provide feedback to team members
• Research complex tax issues and leverage new technology to optimize engagements

Responsibilities:
• Develop new skills outside of comfort zone
• Resolve issues that hinder team effectiveness
• Coach team members and encourage their personal development
• Analyze complex ideas and provide meaningful recommendations
• Use multiple sources of information to develop solutions and recommendations
• Address sub-standard work and uphold the firm's code of ethics
• Develop a point of view on key global trends and their impact on clients
• Manage diverse viewpoints to create positive outcomes
• Simplify complex messages and highlight key points

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 4 years of experience
• CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar certification
• Master's degree preferred
• Extensive experience as a team leader
• Strong understanding of Partnership K-1 income, state tax credits, and tax planning
• Ability to leverage a network of internal and external resources
• Experience with tax compliance and planning for executives
• Proficiency with firm-issued technologies
• Strong technical skills in reviewing tax returns and identifying client issues
• Ability to identify planning issues and direct to appropriate resources
• Experience managing and supporting virtual teams
• Ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships
• Strong coaching and feedback skills
• Experience with project management and communication
• Proficiency in preparing and presenting complex materials
• Familiarity with various tax preparation software and online tax organizers
• Experience researching complex tax issues
• Knowledge of automation and digitization in a professional services environment
• Ability to innovate and experiment with new technologies
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets
• Familiarity with digitization tools to optimize engagements
